About the training course
Youth IST team members took part alongside youth workers from 14 countries. The training focused on turning ideas, values, and needs into coherent projects that create meaningful and lasting impact.
Participants worked with impact mapping, logic models, and Theory of Change, while strengthening skills in project design, budgeting, and evaluation.
