A training course supporting youth workers to deliver higher-quality Erasmus+ learning mobilities while keeping them practical and inclusive.
Objectives of the training course
- Strengthen understanding of Erasmus+ quality standards and their use in real activities.
- Develop practical inclusion and safety tools, including checklists, risk management, and participant support.
- Design a basic monitoring and evaluation plan for learning outcomes and impact.
- Prepare clear cooperation and dissemination steps for sharing results after the activity.

Participants worked together through non-formal learning activities in multicultural groups.
